Industrial RO System/ Reverse Osmosis Plant- An essential part of any Industry

Now a day several industries have emerged which provide us with various kinds of products and services. Business is a platform from where every individual is earning their living either by working or running his/her venture. Different industries require raw materials which come from different sectors and also requires products which can fulfill their needs such as for bringing the loads or delivery purpose they need a tempo, for keeping their product they need a showroom or even for a service industry they require a rooftop shop or an open area where they can provide service to the customers. Above all, every industry requires water, maybe it for quenching thirst or for serving the customer. So, this service can be provided through RO Water Plant.

Industrial Ro Plant is an advance water treatment plant which removes all kinds of impurities from water and provides pure and healthy drinking water suitable for various industrial purpose. There is various type of RO Water Plants available in the market such as:

  • 100 LPH RO PlantEmits 100 liter of water per hour.
  • 150 LPH RO PlantEmits 150 liter of water per hour.
  • 200 LPH RO PlantEmits 200 liter of water per hour.
  • 250 LPH RO PlantEmits 250 liter of water per hour.
  • 350 LPH RO PlantEmits 350 liter of water per hour.
  • 500 LPH RO PlantEmits 500 liter of water per hour.

These different kinds of Reverse Osmosis Plants are used in different kinds of industries. The price and features differ due to the size, quality, and quantity of water it gives.

How Does this Industrial Reverse Osmosis Plant work?

The working process of the industrial Reverse Osmosis Plant is quite easy, here I describe it in 5 Steps:

Step 1: The raw water is fed to the sand filter through a raw water pump, which removes the suspended solids from water and further flows to the carbon filter to get DE chlorinated.

Step 2: Further the water passes through a micron cartridge filter where the smaller particles are removed from water and water is further pumped by a high-pressure pump into the RO Membrane.

Step 3: The dissolved solids are separated from water in the membrane and pure water flows through it.

Step 4: The pure water then passes through the product line, and the contaminated water passes through the reject line or recycles line.

Step 5: Finally, the water which is pure and safe for drinking is stored in the storage tank for use.

All the water purifiers work in the same manner. Different industries have different requirements so the product is built accordingly.

Features of an Industrial Reverse Osmosis System:

There are various features of an industrial RO System that can give benefits to the end-users like,

  • 100% Safe drinking water: RO System provides you pure and safe drinking water which is good for health and prevents you from suffering any kind of disease.
  • Satisfactory: The amount and quality of water provided by the RO System can satisfy the requirement of any industry.
  • Long-lasting: The industrial RO Plants provided by us are long-lasting as it is made up of stainless steel and thus requires less maintenance.
  • Adjustable: It is quite easy to install and can be placed at any corner of the kitchen. It acquires less space thus allows space for other commodities.
  • Health Benefits: As RO System provides the end-user with pure drinking water i.e free from impurities thus it doesn’t affect human health.

These features can be enjoyed when one purchases an Industrial RO System for their industry. The price of the Industrial RO Systems differs due to the liters of water expensed by the different RO Pants. But all are equally benefitted for the end-users.

Specifications of Industrial RO System

  • Heavy Duty System: Our RO System can be operated for long hours without any interruption in between as our products give continuous service to you at all times.
  • Fully Automatic/ Semi-Automatic: There are generally 2 kinds of RO Plants that can be installed in the industries either semi-automatic or else fully automatic. The fully automatic industrial RO plant comes more beneficial for use in most industries.
  • Inlet TDS: There are dissolved solids present in water that needs to be removed. Industrial RO Systems provide you with a certain amount of TDS removed from the water as per their capacity, such as 100 LPH RO Plant would remove up to 1000 ppm (parts per millions), 250 LPH will remove inlet TDS up to 1500 ppm, and so on.
  • Maximum Efficiency: Our RO System gives the maximum efficiency in the given time. It is designed and manufactured in such a way that it gives valuable outcomes to the end-user.
  • Less Rejection: As we know that the RO Systems or any water purifier products need to reject lots of raw water which it couldn’t purify and thus the water is waster. But in our case, the RO system is designed in such a way that it reuses the wastewater to purify until the last drop. So very less water is rejected at the final stage.

These are some major specifications of an RO System that one can enjoy by purchasing an RO Water Plant. The specializations and features differ in different products provided by us.

The products can differ on these factors:

  • Size of a plant.
  • Capacity.
  • Quantity of drinking water generated.
  • Durability
  • Design

After analyzing these factors, the end product i.e RO Water Plant is designed for use in various industries for different purposes. Hope you all have enjoyed learning about RO Plant. Let’s take this bonding a bit further
